At Spiritual Couture Collection® LLC, we provide tools and guidance birthed from channeled intention. Because our work is rooted in spiritual frequency and handcrafted artistry, our policies ensure the integrity of the energy exchanged between the House and the Sovereign.

1. THE READING ROOM: SERVICE POLICY

All investments in The Reading Room are final.

Non-Refundable: Once a session is purchased, the energy is committed. We do not offer refunds for "change of heart" or dissatisfaction with the insights revealed.

Rescheduling: We require at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule a session. "No-shows" or cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice forfeit the investment.

Curiosity Seekers: The High Priestess does not entertain curiosity seekers. If a session is booked in bad faith, we reserve the right to cancel and refund the investment at our discretion before the work begins.

2. THE APOTHECARY: RITUAL & PERSONAL CARE

Due to the nature of spiritual intention, hygiene, and safety, all items in The Apothecary are Final Sale. * This includes perfumes, colognes, ritual bath blends, spiritual sprays, and sacred waters.

• Once these vessels have entered your personal energy field, they cannot be returned to the House.

3. THE SANCTUARY & THE TREASURY: PHYSICAL GOODS

We offer a 14-day return window for tangible, non-perishable items that are not marked as Final Sale.

Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Handmade Authenticity: The Hammered Brass Bowls, crystals, and Boho Handmade vessels are one-of-a-kind items. Natural variations and blemishes are marks of authenticity. You may notice a white ring in the interior bottom of certain jars; this is a waterproofing agent applied by hand to ensure the vessel’s integrity. These unique artistic variations are not considered defects.

Exclusions: Sale items and gift cards are Final Sale.

4. DAMAGES & ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us at info@spiritualcouturecollection.com within 48 hours if an item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

5. THE RETURN PROCESS

To start a return, contact us at info@spiritualcouturecollection.com.

• If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions.

• Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchanges: The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

6. REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
