TERMS OF SERVICE

Welcome to the digital home of Spiritual Couture Collection® LLC (“the House”). By entering our Sanctuary or purchasing from our Treasury or Apothecary, you agree to be bound by the following terms.

1. SPIRITUAL NATURE OF SERVICES

All tools, rituals, and readings provided by the House are for spiritual, educational, and entertainment purposes.

• No Medical/Legal Advice: Our services do not replace professional medical, legal, or financial advice.

• Personal Sovereignty: The High Priestess provides the tools; the Sovereign (you) provides the intent. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, as spiritual work is subject to personal frequency and free will.

2. THE READING ROOM & SERVICES

• Final Investment: All readings and spiritual consultations are non-refundable once purchased.

• Rescheduling: We require 24 hours' notice for rescheduling. Failure to provide notice results in a forfeit of the session and investment.

3. THE APOTHECARY & TREASURY (Physical Goods)

• Final Sale: Due to the energetic and personal nature of ritual oils, baths, and waters, all items in The Apothecary are Final Sale.

• Handcrafted Variance: Many of our items are handcrafted. Variations in color, texture, and appearance are marks of authenticity and are not considered defects.

4. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington.

5. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Any dispute arising from the use of this site or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Spokane County, Washington, rather than in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if your claims qualify.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The name Spiritual Couture Collection® LLC, our pillars (The Sanctuary, The Reading Room, The Treasury, The Apothecary), and all channeled content on this site are the intellectual property of the House. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
