SHIPPING & FULFILLMENT POLICY

Thank you for commissioning the tools of your evolution at Spiritual Couture Collection® LLC. Our shipping process is handled with the same intention as our creations.

• THE READING ROOM: Services are delivered digitally or via live session. No physical shipping is required. Delivery of recorded readings occurs within the timeframe specified at booking.

• THE APOTHECARY & THE TREASURY: These physical tools require careful ritual preparation and packaging.

• THE SANCTUARY: Curated lifestyle items and larger altar pieces may ship separately from Apothecary items to ensure safe transit.

2. PROCESSING TIME

All orders for physical goods are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a notification once your tools have been birthed into the postal system.

• Note: During high-volume celestial events or new collection launches, please allow an additional 2 days for processing.

3. DOMESTIC SHIPPING & RATES

• Standard Shipping: Calculated at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of your order.

• Complimentary Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders over $35.

• Expedited Shipping: Available at checkout for those who require their tools on a specific timeline.

4. TRACKING YOUR JOURNEY

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for the carrier to update the status of your package.

5. INTERNATIONAL SOVEREIGNS

We ship to select international locations.

• Duties & Taxes: The Sovereign (customer) is responsible for all customs fees, duties, or tariffs imposed by their country. The House is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

• International Returns: Please note that we cannot offer free returns or exchanges on international orders due to the high cost of transit and customs.

6. PROTECTION & DAMAGES

Spiritual Couture Collection® LLC is not liable for products lost or damaged in transit once they have left the House. However, we want your tools to arrive in their highest state:

• Claims: If your order arrives damaged, please document the packaging and the item immediately. Contact the carrier to file a claim and notify our support team at info@spiritualcouturecollection.com within 48 hours so we can assist you in the process.

7. SHIPMENT RESTRICTIONS

• No COD: We do not offer Cash on Delivery.

• P.O. Boxes: We ship to P.O. Boxes; however, certain larger items from The Treasury may require a physical street address for UPS/FedEx delivery.
